Welcome to the Coastal Waters Motor Inn where our guests always come first....

Our goal when purchasing this little gem was simple, to set us apart from our competitors and create a coastal vibe and provide a service above and beyond that surpasses your expectations.

We bought the Coastal Waters Motor Inn in March 2020, we saw its potential and decided to buy the property, 4 days later Covid hit and turned our lives upside down. With a leap of faith and time on our hands and no guests to serve with a lot of love and hard work we transformed the property to what you see today.

We have been in the hospitality industry most of our working life and are very passionate at what we do. We are the owners, cleaners, gardeners, and the smiling faces that greet you on arrival and the cooks who whip up your breakfast on demand.

Our rooms are curated for comfort and style by adding our personal touches of the seaside creating an atmosphere where yo feel welcome and appreciated combining our warmth and local hospitality.

We are dedicated to ensuring that each guest enjoys an exceptional stay. Our team is commiteted to providing expert knowledge of the area to help you create enduring and memorable experiences during your time in Lakes Entrance.

Our motel provides convenient off-street parking, and all guest rooms are located on the ground floor for easy accessibility.

Certain rooms are equipped with recliners or lounge suites. We provide a range of spacious accommodation options, including Deluxe queen rooms, superior queen rooms, King spa rooms, a two-bedroom apartment and a queen bedroom suite. The property features a securely fenced, solar-heated swimming pool set within a lush tropical garden, as well as a dedicated barbeque area.

Our rooms are stocked with an array of amenities, for the coffee lover a coffee pod machine, and a vast assortment of tea's and instant coffee and yes there is fresh milk in the fridge, along with a small selection of mini bar products to purchase. Plus complimentary bikkies and Lindt chocolate to enjoy with your cuppa.

Room service breakfast is offered for an additional fee. We strive to ensure that our accommodation provides all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and memorable stay. We believe it is the little things that makes a big difference.....
